The Nestlé Road project we are working on is part of a larger residential regeneration scheme on the former Nestlé factory site in Hayes, West London (London Borough of Hillingdon). 

This site was historically home to Nestlé’s UK factory and headquarters and is now being redeveloped into a mixed‑use residential neighbourhood as part of the Hayes Village / former Nestlé factory masterplan.

The project at Nestlé Road is progressing well. First fix electrical works have now been completed in 53 of the 103 apartments. The team is on track to commence second fix installations within the next one to two weeks. Overall progress remains positive, and further updates will be issued as the project advances.
